3578649 - Unable to cancel bi-directional Sales Quotes in C4C

For bi-directional Sales Quotes, the action "Set as Lost" is greyed out. Also the field Reason for Rejection is read-only. 

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales > Sales Quotes.
2. Open a bi-directional Quote. 
3. Click on Actions > Set as Lost is greyed out.
4. Click on edit mode.
5. See Reason for Rejection cannot be filled.

The "Set as Lost" button will be available once Quote is submitted or Reason for Rejection is filled.

However, for bi-directional Sales Quotes the Reason for Rejection is not editable, since in ERP the cancellation is possible only on item level and hence header cancellation cannot be transferred to ERP to avoid any mismatch.

This is the expected system behavior. The document cannot be set as lost or rejected in C4C. It should be cancelled or completed based on ERP logic.
