3578651 - Missing SCR Document Type in "Manage Credit Memo Request - Version 2" App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• When creating a credit memo request using the WEBGUI APP "Manage Credit Memo Request", the SCR document type is available for creating credit memo request for services.
• However, in the new Fiori APP "Manage Credit Memo Request - Version 2", the SCR document type is not available.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Manage Credit Memo Request - Version 2" app.
2. Attempt to create a credit memo.
3. Notice that the SCR document type is not available.

The Credit Memo Request Type SCR is not currently supported when creating credit memo requests using the "Manage Credit Memo Request - Version 2" App.

• Use the WEBGUI App "Manage Credit Memo Request" to create SCR requests.
• Raise a feature request through the Customer Influence Portal.
