3578653 - Future hired manager could not be searched under Job Information<Supervisor field

Symptom

Hire a manager in future, for example 1/1/2026. Add a Job Information record for an user, event date is chosen to 1/1/2026 as well, however, the future hired manager could not be found under the Supervisor field.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Cause

The future hired manager is inactive "today".

Resolution

Currently, only the users whose status is active in EP could be searched out and set under Job Information< Supervisor field.
