Symptom

You have noticed that the default master template is always determined for custom forms.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the custom work center view.
  2. Open any record and preview the document.
  3. Observe that the default form template is determined.

Cause

This is the expected behavior.

Resolution

The default master template is always determined for custom forms.
