Symptom

The "name" field in sysOverallPerformance trend block does not display data for 360 form records.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to employee profile and check the performance trend block for the user;
  2. Notice that the the "name" field in sysOverallPerformance trend block does not display data for 360 form records.

Resolution

This is expected behavior.

By default the "name" field in sysOverallPerfromance trend block displays the name of the summary section on forms. But in completed 360 forms there is no summary section like the ones in performance forms. Therefore name field is empty for records from 360 forms in sysOverallPerfromance trend block.

Workaround

To avoid user confusion, you can use "source" field, which will display the form template name for form records.
