3578708 - When I filter by "Not Qualified" supplier status in Supplier Management Search, I can't see all the supplier of this status

In Supplier Management Search, when I try to filter by "Not Qualified" Status, it does not give valid results, since the listed suppliers are in variety of statuses such as Expired, Pending Qualification status etc.. We need to have an accurate supplier list of "Not Qualified" Status and hence this filter is not working as expected.

In theory "Not Qualified" status is for the suppliers where there're no Qualification exists.
