3578730 - Error "Bank account application &1 exists for bank account &2" is displayed when trying to delete bank accounts

Symptom

When users try to delete bank accounts that were created from bank account applications, the following message is displayed:

"Open bank account request &1 exists for bank account &2"

"Bank account application &1 exists for bank account &2"
