3578731 - Change Project Not Editable In Both Production And Test Tenant

When trying to change the project scope for change project, system shows:

"The project is active only in the test system. Open the test system to continue working on the project."

However, the change project is not editable in both production and test tenant.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant change project.
4. The change project cannot be edited and system shows:

        "The project is active only in the test system. Open the test system to continue working on the project."

        However, the change project is not editable in both production and test tenant.

The issue arises when a tenant refresh is performed post the 'Solution Profile Copy'. If the test tenant was refreshed from the production tenant, the created change project cannot be used. Instead, a new change project needs to be created, moved to the test tenant and worked with.

Create a new change project, and move the new project to the test tenant and work with it.
