3578772 - Error when adding Webex account info in VLS settings for SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • An error is encountered when attempting to add/update Webexaccount information into VLS settings for instructors.
  • Unable to save VLS settings for instructors with already existing WebEx VLS account information

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to LMS Administration.
  2. Go to People > Instructors
  3. Search for the Instructor.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Navigate to VLS settings.
  6. Enter the Webex account ID and password.
  7. Apply changes.
  8. Error Appears

Resolution

Webex has stopped supporting Training Center XML APIs. Customers should use Webex Meeting Center instead.
