3578778 - 5185 error during runtime caused DSI down - SAP BHADR

Symptom

Following errors were seen in RS error log, and HQ execution retries lead to data inconsistency and resulted in DSI down.

H. 2025/02/03 19:24:47. THREAD FATAL ERROR #5189 DSI EXEC(107(4) <SID>_SEC.<SID>) - eneric/dsi/dsiutil.c(1006)
        The DSI thread for the '<SID>_SEC.<SID>' database is being shut down. DSI received Replication Server error #5185 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION or RETRY_STOP_REPLICATION. See the Replication Server log for more information.

        Row count mismatch for the command executed on '<SID>_SEC.<SID>'. The command impacted 0 rows but it should impact 1 rows.
I. 2025/02/03 19:24:47. The error was caused by output command #2 of the failed transaction on table 'SAPSR3.TRFCQOUT'.
H. 2025/02/03 19:24:47. THREAD FATAL ERROR #5273 DSI EXEC(107(4) <SID>_SEC.<SID>) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5229)
        To write the failed transaction into log, please execute 'sysadmin log_first_tran, <SID>_SEC.<SID>'. Please analyze the transaction and provide an appropriate fix based on your analysis, then resume the connection.
I. 2025/02/03 19:24:48. The DSI thread for database '<SID>_SEC.<SID>' is shutdown.
