3578789 - Permission Denied Error When Deleting Folder in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Error message encountered when attempting to delete a specific folder/file in iContent server.
• The error message displayed is: "[fdirectory/file_name]: permission denied"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to iContent server and navigate to the folder in question
2. Attempt to delete the file or folder and the permission error occurs

The file name or folder name is too long and exceeds the length limit.

Shorten the name first then try to delete again.
