3578943 - Store SAPoffice attachments on an external content repository

There is a need to store the SAPoffice attachments externally on a content repository instead of
in the database in the SOFFCONT1 table

(The attachments that are created in the "Services for object" or "GOS" menu with the "Create attachment"
functionality are SAPoffice attachments)
