3578944 - Unable To Select Move-In Or Move-Out Date

Move-In and Move-Out Date selection option is greyed out in Premises.

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Go to Premises WC.
2. Open a Premise.
3. Click on Create button and select Move-In or Move-Out action.
4. Notice that in Step 1 - Customer and Premise, under 'When' section, the date options are greyed out for Move-In or Move-Out Date field.

Date Threshold is not maintained in the system. Date threshold should be set for move processes to control how far in advance or retroactively moves can be scheduled.

Following steps can be performed to set up Date Threshold for Move Processes:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Utilities and select Move Processes.
3. Go to General Settings.
4. Under Date Threshold section, set a value for Minimum No. of Days and Maximum No. of Days fields.
5. Click on Save.
