3578990 - RTI - Production Orders with Quantity Zero in SAP Integrated Business Planning cannot be deleted via Reconciliation

When a location product is removed from an integration model, reconciliation handles the clean-up of obsolete orders in IBP (category "Not in active integration model").

However, if the orders have a quantity of zero, they are not identified and remain in IBP.
