3579158 - User is able to approve a sales document for another user

Approval Process was created for a sales document, for example, Sales Quote. When accessing a Sales Quote, user A is able to approve it for user B, but not for his own user.

(Where A and B represents the name of each user).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Logon as user A.
2. Go to Sales > Sales Quotes.
3. Open an eligible Quote. 
4. Go to Approval tab.
5. See user A can approve for user B only.

User A is set as delegate for user B.

When a user is set as delegate for another user, the access restrictions will be overwritten. So user A will be able to approve for user B, but not for his own name. Only after removing this delegation he will be able to approve for his name.

Please remove this delegation and wait a few minutes for the change reflect in the system.
