Symptom

Channels using the OData adapter are not able to start, and the following error can be seen in traces:

com.sap.aii.af.service.administration.api.monitoring.ChannelUnknownException: Channel with ID xxxxxx is not known.
    at com.sap.aii.adapter.odata.ra.xi.jca.ODataAdapter.getChannelStatus(ODataAdapter.java:285)
