3579246 - DCD approvers not able to receive notificaiton to proceed with the further processing of DCD documents

The functionality to send notifications to DCD approvers is required.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. DCD documents get blocked in app Manage Documented Credit Decision.
2. No notification for the related DCD approver in Fiori launchpad.

The notification functionality necessitates the establishment of an approval hierarchy for DCDs.

This hierarchy must be activated within the Manage Credit Management Rules application, which requires an additional scope item 1QM.

If the notification for DCDs is necessary, please initiate a case with the operations team to request the activation of scope item 1QM.

After the activation of scope item 1QM, please refer to this document for the requisite configuration steps (Approve Documented Credit Decisions).
