3579301 - Unexpected Triggering of Rehire Verification Step without rehire configurations - Onboarding

No rehire configuration is done in the system, but "Onboarding rehire verification" step is shown on candidate's onboarding dashboard. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The system by default triggers a rehire check for a combination of First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth OR National ID match, regardless of whether a rehire configuration is in place or not.

The engineering team is currently evaluating the inclusion of this feature. While the timeline has not yet been finalized, updates will be communicated promptly once confirmed.
