3579403 - FTP Sender Adapter does not process file from the configured directory via SAP CI Integration Flow

Symptom

There is custom Integration Flow in Cloud Integration that is utilizing an FTP Sender Adapter to process file from a source directory.

After the successful deployment of the Integration Flow it does not pick the file from the configured directory even if the file is placed in a correct folder with the expected naming convention
