3579407 - RAL: DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR dump occurs when activate it after transporting

Symptom

Dump DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR occurs when Read Access log (RAL) is activated in target after changes to the existing configuration in RAL are transferred.

The error message is likely as follows:

500 Internal Server Error

Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred because of error: A data record is to be inserted even though a data record with the same primary key or same unique secondary key exists. (Message E WEBDYNPRO_RT 007)
