3579425 - Approval Status Report (CSV) Returns Blank Value

When running the Approval Status Report (CSV), it returns a blank value.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as an admin and navigate to Reports.
2. Search for the Approval Status Report (CSV).
3. Uncheck all 'Request type' options.
4. Apply an item or class filter.
5. Run the report.
6. The report returned a blank value.

 Report running criteria is not matching to the user requests.

Admin should consider that if users have made requests to an item or a class when running Approval Status Report (CSV). 

If users have made a request to the class, the report will return a blank value when an admin runs the report using the 'Item' filter. 

Here are some examples:

Example 1:

If users have made a request to an item which is associated with a class, the report will return expected results only when an admin uses the 'Item' filter to run the report.

Example 2:

If users have made a request to a class, the report will return expected results only when using the 'Class' filter to run the report.

If the admin doesn't know the exact class ID, they can use the 'Class' filter and search by item.

Note: When running Approval Status Report (CSV) for specific item or class, 'Request type' should always be unchecked. Please kindly refer to See also for more details.
