3579511 - IBP: data mismatch due to leading zero before the value for the attributes

Symptom

Loading master data or key figure data via CI-DS failed with rejection records as below, but value of the attributes is correct. 

  • Key values for compound MDT XXXZZZ don't match component MDT XXX
  • Entry doesn't exist for root attribute XXXID in MD XXX for planning level YYYY
