3579536 - Email Notification Objects (EmailMessageTrackItem) not Accessible in Integration Center or ODATA API

• Not able to access the following objects via OData API or Integration Center:
  Email Notification (EmailMessageTrackItem),
  Email Notification Processing Details (EmailDeliveryTrackItem),
  Email Notification Recipient Details (RecipientStatus).

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  
  • ODATA API 

1. Login to the system and search for "Integration Center".
2. Attempt to create a simple outbound integration.
3. Search for the starting entity EmailMessageTrackItem, EmailDeliveryTrackItem, and RecipientStatus.
4. The system does not display any entity with these names.

The mentioned entities/objects are not yet enabled for ODATA API.

Currently implementing ODATA API for these objects is not on our roadmap.

You can download Email Notification report via Story Report. Please refer: 3387145 - Reporting on the delivery of System Email Notifications - SAP for Me  

Furthermore, we request you to create an enhancement request to enable these APIs.
