- Not able to access the following objects via OData API or Integration Center:
Email Notification (EmailMessageTrackItem),
Email Notification Processing Details (EmailDeliveryTrackItem),
Email Notification Recipient Details (RecipientStatus).

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- ODATA API
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the system and search for "Integration Center".
- Attempt to create a simple outbound integration.
- Search for the starting entity EmailMessageTrackItem, EmailDeliveryTrackItem, and RecipientStatus.
- The system does not display any entity with these names.
Cause
The mentioned entities/objects are not yet enabled for ODATA API.
Resolution
Currently implementing ODATA API for these objects is not on our roadmap.
As a workaround,
You can download Email Notification report via Story Report. Please refer: 3387145 - Reporting on the delivery of System Email Notifications - SAP for Me
Furthermore, we request you to create an enhancement request to enable these APIs.
