The Hungary Domestic Sales Report (HU_DOMSPL_DCL) is not working in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Environment

Cause
DRC report Hungary Domestic Sales Report (HU_DOMSPL_DCL) is no longer supported.
Resolution
The functionality of the DRC report HU_DOMSPL_DCL (Domestic Sales and Purchase List) is now part of the normal VAT declaration, i.e. DRC report HU_VAT_DCL.
This report (HU_DOMSPL_DCL) is no longer needed to be executed.
