3579652 - An application error occurs while extracting data from the Suite Integration Tool.

An application error occurs with error Id and time stamp when trying to extract data "Get Data from RCM Or ONB" via Suite Integration Tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to Provisioning > Find: Suite Integration Test Page 
2. Put the required parameters (candidate Id, Requisition Id & Application Id)
3. Click on "Get Data from RCM Or ONB"
4. An application error occurs with error Id and time stamp.

The suite integration test page cannot be accessed from provisioning. It can be accessed from the application with additional permission mentioned below:

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to the instance
2. Click on New Tab "+" (open new tab in the same browser).
3. Take the application URL and paste it followed by /xi/ui/apitest/pages/getEligibleRecordsTest.xhtml
4. A page will open, screenshot attached in the attachment section.

Noteworthy points:

• The instance must be logged in on the same browser, only then you can click on "+" (new tab) and follow the above steps.
• If the instance is not logged in or gets logged out, the suite integration page post getting the inputs will keep loading or might throw an application error again.
