3579655 - How to sort catalog codes based on description in QM01/QM02?

Symptom

In transaction QM01 or QM02, when F4Help is pressed for a catalog code field, the catalog codes are sorted according to the codes in alphabetical order.

However, there is a requirement that they are sorted based on their description in alphabetical order.
