3579778 - No block reason appears in Create Billing Documents app (F0798), despite billing block is set

Symptom

SSCUI 102358 (Define Blocking Reasons for Billing) & SSCUI 102401 (Assign Blocking Reasons to Billing Types) have already been maintained in the system.

A sales order has a billing block set but the corresponding outbound delivery still appears in the Create Billing Documents app (F0798) without showing any block reason.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

This is standard behavior and does not require any changes.

Resolution

The billing block is associated with sales order, not outbound delivery. The "Create Billing Documents" app (F0798) will still include the outbound delivery, but when attempting to generate a bill, the outbound delivery will be skipped.
