3579782 - Performance Form Configuration unable to save the template in Provisioning

Symptom

If Partners make any changes in the "Form Template Adminstration" for any PM Form Template and Save via Provisioning the screen goes blank and nothing is getting saved.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the Provisioning
  2. Go to Form Template Administration
  3. Open the PM Form
  4. Make any changes for permission or without making any changes click on Save
  5. The screen goes blank

Cause

In the Configure Object Definitions, the security section is configured as yes.

Resolution

  1. Log in to system
  2. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions
  3. In the search, select Object Definition > Competency
  4. Select Take Action > Make Correction
  5. Scroll to the bottom, and in the Security section change the Secured field to No > Save
