• An application error is encountered when submitting the Personal Data Collection step.
• An application error occurs when the Personal Data Collection step is submitted one or more days after initiating onboarding but not on the same day.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Onboardees login and try to complete the PDC step.
2. Submit PDC step.
3. Error occurs.

Due to the Purge Onboarding Data job in provisioning has configured. This conflict can cause the task to be suspended, leading to the error.

Please refer to the following steps:

1. Navigate to Provisioning in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
2. Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs.
3. Search for the job type: Purge Onboarding Data.
4. Cancel the job.
5. Update process flows
6. Restart onboarding for affected candidates.
