When sending quote or price to external system for a sourcing event, user gets error: 

"Failed to send bid to the external system. Bid (Details=Award,ID*****), submitted by AllAwardedSuppliers. Error Message : Error sending the quote message. Status code: 500, status text: Internal Server Error, status message: Error: Internal Server Error.Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ********* for more details... "
