Symptom

  • After activating high-level traces in SAP Cloud Connector, the console becomes unresponsive when deactivating the traces.
  • The trace parameters are lost upon refreshing the page.
  • Switching instances is not possible, requiring a forced stop in the current master instance.
  • The issue persists even after changing the Java machine and SAP JVM.
