• Users encounter an error message when trying to open course content.
• The error message states: 'Oops.... Something went wrong while loading this web page. It failed with the error ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID.'

3. Received the error message

This is a SCROM content and there is invalid files in the content package. 

Admin can verify if the content package is including any invalid files by using 'Import Data Tool'. If the import job is failed and the reason is 'Imported zip does not have valid content files', customers may kindly refer to KBA2256241 for cause and resolutions in details.  Otherwise, please open a ticket to support team.
