Symptom
In the tcode UDM_DISPUTE or in the app Manage Dispute Cases (F0702A), the error "Dispute Case <ID>: Reopen status <status> defined is not valid" (Message no. FDM_GENERAL100) is displayed when clicking on the button Resume (GUI) or Reopen Dispute Case (FLP).
The error may only appear after running the program FDM_PROCESS_BUFFER.
