Symptom
- In Continuous Performance Management, when Asking for Feedback within an Activity and the popup window is cancelled, the request is still created, it results in the request being duplicated.
- OR - The requests are getting duplicated anyway.
- This issue does not occur in Continuous Feedback, only in Continuous Performance Management.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Ask for Feedback in an Activity in Continuous Performance Management.
- Cancel the popup window.
- Proceed with creating a request anyway.
- A duplicate feedback request was created.
Resolution
The fix will be published to preview environment on 2th April and production environment on 7th May.
