Currency Conversion Step not working for Average and Closing Rate Type.
When performing the Currency Conversion, it fails with the error below:
"Missing currency conversions in rate table "CURRENCY_TABLE". to run step X ("Currency_Conversion") of
data action "DA" on version "XX", Please provide missing rates for all needed types, categories and versions in
the rate table."
