In the event the Legal Entity Transfer process is not completed & MPH step is not completed before start date of Legal Entity Transfer the user is inactive.

How does the inactive user continue to complete the onboarding process now it they are inactive?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Legal Entity Transfer is triggered for a user with a start date +1 day after termination date (no gap in employment)
2. Onboarding process has not been completed before the start date
3. User termination date has been reached
4. User becomes inactive
5. Therefore user does not become active in system until MPH is completed
6. How does inactive user login to continue onboarding process?

1. (ONB) Legal Entity Transfer User Welcome Message Trigger is originally sent to candidate when they have to complete PDC step
2. In the event the user is inactive when they receive this email or become inactive and still has PDC step outstanding
3. They should use the username & password they used to log into the system when they were an active user
4. We use the same login details
5. If you are unsure of the login details that were used previously you can confirm these in Manage Login Accounts page
6. Search with name or person id of the inactive user
7. It will provide you with the Login Name
8. If user cannot remember password you can also reset password here in Manage Login Accounts page for the user
