3580189 - Multiple EWA Sessions for the Same Managed System Appear in SDCCN of Solution Manager for the Same Task Date and Task Time

Symptom

  • Multiple EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) session numbers or task IDs for the same managed system appear in SDCCN of Solution Manager system with the same task date and task time
  • The multiple session numbers or task IDs that appear in the To Do tab of SDCCN are not duplicates but unique 
  • Expecting only one EWA session number or EWA task per managed system to be scheduled for Mondays at 4am (default service data collection time for EWAs) in the To Do tab of SDCCN
