• After attempting to modify a scheduled job in the provisioning instance, the job disappeared.
• The job in question was a monthly Recurring Deduction-Recurring Items_MDFFtpImport_harbournrg_2024-7-2.
• The modification involved changing the recipients of the notification.
• After clicking submit, the screen went blank and the job was no longer visible upon refreshing the browser.
• The job could not be found in the system after the incident.

Scheduled Jobs

1. Access the scheduled jobs in the provisioning instance.
2. Select the job "monthly Recurring Deduction-Recurring Items_MDFFtpImport_harbournrg_2024-7-2".
3. Attempt to modify the job by changing the recipients of the notification.
4. Click on "Submit Now".
5. The screen goes blank and the job disappears from the system.

The job was not saved but instead deleted after attempting to make changes. This was due to the fact that to edit a cancelled status job request and save, it would delete the existing one and create a new one. However, the job request had an invalid owner, causing the job to be deleted but failing to create a new one.

1. A request was raised to restore the job.
2. Ensure that the job owner is valid and active before making changes to the job.
3. If the job owner is not valid, create a new job with a valid owner.
