3580312 - Purge Failure: No Country Specified or User's Country Not DRM Enabled

• An issue arises when attempting to purge a canceled onboardee using the DRTM Master Data Purge.
• The system displays an error message stating "There is no country specified for this user or user's country is not DRM enabled."
• The purge request fails, even when the "Ignore data retention time configuration for this purge request" option is checked.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure retention time for the country under Manage Data >> DRTM Master Data. For example, if the candidate is with Country USA, please set USA there.
2. Go to Manage Data >> Country/Region >> USA, and make sure Data Retention Enabled= Yes 
3. Make sure the user who request the purge is granted permission Country/Region. By default, it is under Miscellaneous Permissions.
