3580500 - Deletion of organizational units in the SSCUI 100066

• After creating an Organizational entity by mistake, like a Company Code or a Plant, the entity needs to be deleted.
• No delete button for the SSCUI 100066.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open "Manage Your Solution" application.
2. Select 'Configure your solution'.
3. Access the SSCUI 100066.

SAP does not have provision to delete any Organizational Structure Entity for an activated SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. Once an organizational unit or assignment is confirmed, it cannot be deleted or unassigned. One of the following recommendations can be taken into consideration.

1. There is no pre-approved Expert Configuration for Organizational Units. To find what are the Expert configuration or Pre-approved changes - Roadmap Viewer (sap.com) Download the configuration activities for the current release from here and look for the pre-approved SSCUI's there (in each sheet) - SSCUI.xlsm (SAP Customer)

2. The description of the respective org.entity can be changed to "DO NOT USE" through the SSCUI 100066.

3. If the SSCUI is not categorized in the Excel sheet and description change is not feasible then reach out to the customer facing representative for the further guidance. They can guide you through the further processes and the same cannot be processed through SAP ticketing system.
