3580543 - Edit Output Settings template of Sales Quote

You are looking to modify and edit the subject and text of Output Settings of Sales Quote.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales WC > Sales Quote
2. Click Actions > Edit Output Settings
3. Go to E-mail Text tab
4. There is no option to edit the template, only the current text.

It's not possible to edit the templates directly from the "Edit Output Settings" screen.

Please note that the Subject of the template cannot be edited, only the body. However, you may edit the Subject during the runtime of Edit Output Settings.

The Subject line is made by combining Seller name + Description of quote + Quote ID + Version and cannot be changed. 

You can create HTML e-mail template with required content and upload it to a form (which the Sales Quote is using) in Form Template Maintenance. 

1. Go to Administrator WC
2. Open "Form Template Maintenance"
3. Select the relevant Sales Quote template
4. Click on the three dots (...) on the upper right corner
5. Click Actions > "Create E-mail Template"
6. Upload the desired HTML template.
