Symptom

  • TDS calculation for negative incentive not refunding the over deducted Income tax amount.
  • The system successfully deducts one-time tax for Incentive Payments, but does not reverse Income Tax in case of negative Incentive Payment (Recovery).
  • Over deducted Income tax is not refunding.
