3580621 - Defining Staging Area for Outbound Delivery in Multiple Warehouses

• In a system with one plant and three warehouses, issues arise during the creation of outbound tasks for two new warehouses.
• The destination bin is the same as the pick bin.
• The staging area for the two new warehouses needs to be defined in the warehouse setup App(Determine Staging Area - Outbound).
• Attempting to define Access Sequence - Staging Areas- Outbound for the two new warehouses is unsuccessful as they are greyed out and not selectable.

• The staging area for the two new warehouses needs to be defined in warehouse setup App Determine Staging Area - Outbound.
• Attempt to define Access Sequence - Staging Areas- Outbound for the two new warehouses.
• The two new warehouses are greyed out and not selectable.

This is standard system behavior. The warehouses appear greyed out in the APP because the settings in the system need to be changed.

To modify the Warehouse settings:

1. Navigate to the system settings.
2. Open the Determine Staging Area - Outbound app and select Change > Settings.
3. Update the warehouse settings as needed.
4. This change will reflect across all warehouses in the Determine Staging Area - Outbound app.
5. Refresh the app page to apply the updates and update the Warehouse.
