Symptom

While trying to unsubscribe to SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, the following error is shown:

"Couldn't unsubscribe from SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: EP-WZ-SRB."
