Standard behavior.

When creating an alternative chart of accounts, a default account needs to be created that can be used as a template for additional accounts. This account is automatically assigned with the default account group, labeled as DFLT. In public cloud systems, alternative charts of accounts require only one account group, which is the default account group, DFLT.
