This article explains how attributes are sorted in Growth Portfolio Team View.

The order of attributes in the Growth Portfolio Team View follows this sequence: numbers > English alphabetic order > If the attributes are in Japanese, then Japanese hiragana > Japanese katakana > kanji. The sorting rule for Japanese characters is based on UNICODE.

You may use this website to convert Japanese characters to Unicode for references: Convert from Japanese to Unicode and Unicode to Japanese

How to use the site: Paste the Japanese characters in the left input inbox, then click on "Japanese to Unicode", then the results will be displayed on the right.

For example, 

• クラウド分析                 -> \u3010\u55b6\u696d\u3011\u005f\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30ca\u30f3\u30b9
• コンサルティングスキル   ->\u30b3\u30f3\u30b5\u30eb\u30c6\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u30ad\u30eb

Compare the converted UNICODE strings, "クラウド分析" starts with u3010 while "コンサルティングスキル" starts with u30b3, so "コンサルティングスキル" is displayed after "クラウド分析".
