3580855 - Cancellation Policy Description is Missing in Step 2 Approval Email Notification

In a 2 steps approval process for withdrawing from a class, the step 2 approver does not receive the cancellation policy description in the approval email notification.

1. Initiate a withdrawal from a classroom training that has a two-step approval process.
2. The first step approver receives the notification with the cancellation policy description.
3. The second step approver receives the notification, but the cancellation policy description is missing.

The issue was a legacy problem where the cancellation policy was not populated during the approval of the cancellation. This issue only occurred when there were multiple levels of withdrawal approval.

The issue has been resolved and the fix will be deployed in the 1H 2025 release.
