3580899 - Table is stuck in status "Access Plan Calculated" and doesn't switch to "Load Data". - SAP SLT

Symptom

  • The table is in status "Access Plan Calculated" for a long time, but it doesn't switch to "Load Data"
  • The according record in DMC_MT_TABLES shows the ACCESS_PLAN_TYPE as "PRE", which should be "CAP". 
  • Tables show as "Access Plan Calculated" for a Replication Flows configuration
