3580968 - Error "Duplicate resource" in app Manage Bank Accounts

1. Error "Duplicate resource" pops when trying to edit related bank account.
2. Error "Bank account xxx cannot be deleted" pops up when trying to delete the duplicate bank account.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Navigate to app Manage Bank Accounts.
2. Search for the bank account, then System troughs an error – Duplicate resource.
3. Unable to delete the duplicate bank account.

The root cause is that when displaying a bank account on the object page, the system retrieves text for the assigned profit center.

And the profit center which is assigned to the bank account has multiple validity periods. 

The resolution for correcting multiple validity periods is scheduled to be delivered with Hotfix Collection SAP S/4HANA CLOUD 2502 06.

The implementation is planned for March 16th.

Currently, please use the following workaround:

Update the bank account data using the Import and Export Bank Accounts app. You can access this app by selecting the corresponding button within the Manage Bank Accounts app. Note that the "duplicate resource" error does not impact this app.
