3580970 - Report Execution Stuck in "In-Progress" State in Run Statutory Reports Fiori App

Symptom

When using the "Start a Short Run Now (Less than 3 Minutes)" option in the Run Statutory Reports Fiori application, the report remains stuck in the "In-Progress" state. However, the status of report run is updated when using the "Start a Long Run Now" or "Schedule a Run Later" options.
